In today’s newspaper, on the health section, they published a list of five easy, simple quick weight loss tips which I am excited about trying out. I am always curious about anything mentioning weight loss because I am always trying to get skinnier; I am always looking forward to loosing a couple of pounds. I am not a heavy person but I am not slim either and I would love to be skinnier so that my clothes could fit better and so that I could look better in a bikini. If these tips do help me loose even one pound I will be very happy and I will probably share them with my family and friends

I find this is not hard to do, I can easily balance my meal plate to follow such advice, I am lucky that I love to eat vegetables so I am happy to make vegetables the main components of every meal.
